Celestial Profile - MAY 2010
May begins with the backdrop of Mercury retrograde. This Mercury retrograde in the early degrees of Taurus shifts our focus to the foundation of all issues surrounding Taurus; money, wealth, ease, practical matters and realignment of all that we value. The decisions for accountability and responsibility from earlier days of Mercury retrograde (April 17th) become very visible during the actual events in May.Many options begin to open to us as we move into May. The important aspect of Mercury trine Pluto on May 3rd will begin to bring in the invitations and opportunities. We will look at the information that is coming into the situations and begin to make important determinations. By the time we get to May 11th, there has been enough situations and events flying around for us to make some important choices as to what we truly want in our life. Mercury turns direct the evening of May 11th. We will have made a 180' in the course correction that we had been on, as we have been able to see different aspects of our previous choices. We are now seeing situations from a different perspective, and looking at a different approach to moving forward. The New Moon on May 13th activates this new 180' degree change in approach as our path evolves and prompts us to move forward with our convictions and with our determinations.
May 19th brings the Mercury trine Pluto options available on May 3rd (yet Mercury still retrograde) and brings these options to us again. This time Mercury moves forward, ready to blast through any remaining obstacles that have been placed on our path that really don't have a place. We take the powerful determination into transition, with Gemini opening the information gate even further by the 21st, as the Sun moves out of Taurus and into Gemini. This will kick the remaining obstacles out of the way, as the parts that were put into our path that don't belong there will be knocked away.
On Sunday May 23rd, we are greeted by Jupiter opposition Saturn, with the last two degrees of Virgo and Pisces once again creating the need to put new disciplines, structures and processes into place that will allow us to build a bridge from the old to the new. This new bridge becomes the pathway that ultimately takes us into the Full Moon AND into a whole new era, signaled by Uranus moving into Aries on the SAME day, May 27th.
The Full Moon brings a high tide of events within the Gemini / Sagittarius sectors, which emphasizes speaking and living our true philosophy. This prompts us to move forward by taking the new bridge into our new direction. This also calls into play the ability to listen to our intuitive guidance to be at the right place at the right time. Uranus moves into fiery Aries and begins a SEVEN-year orbit of Uranus through Aries. Uranus brings in a new generation of thought, events, and requirements. As May 27th hosts the Full Moon AND hosts Uranus moving into a new generation, we will find ourselves at our true and rightful place as we begin this new era. We have to begin this journey as we move forward to express who we truly are, meaning that we don't stay at the same place we always have; instead we will be placed on our journey to move our life and SELF forward.
The month of May brings two more significant aspects the last two days of the month. Saturn turns direct at 27' Virgo, on May 30th, providing the very stepping stones that will take us forward according to the accountability aspect. As the response to being accountable is assessed, we will be moved forward into the new Uranus in Aries scenarios, that will open up the right situations and events that are a reflection of our ethics, accountability and motives.
Neptune turns retrograde on Monday, May 31st, opening up our spiritual blueprint to line up our inner and outer journey. These two aspects become key factors in moving us into our right direction for this Uranus in Aries era, from May 27, 2010 to 2018.
Numerology Profile - MAY 2010
May is universally an EIGHT month and brings our focus to the outer world of business, activities and pursuits. May steps up the pace and activities within our business arena. The pursuits we are choosing become dynamic and a reflection of the adjustment of our values during the Mercury retrograde. We often feel pulled to deal with the events happening in the outside world during the EIGHT energy. The pace is activated and quickened and has a specific purpose, direction and results.
The accomplishments for May will become visible as Mercury turns direct on May 11th, along with the May 13th New Moon at 22' Taurus. We will see that our directions expand from 1' to all options encompassing 360 degrees.
THE DAYS OF NEW BEGINNINGS dot the month of May with events and information that prompt us to jump into action. We will have to be on our toes and ready for spontaneous events as this information hits our doorstep. These days are May 2nd, 11th, 20th, and 29th. Our response needs to be one to make new decisions as our actions require that we jump outside our comfort zone and address issues in a very new way. Being bold is a natural response to these days.
THE DAYS OF MAJOR CHANGES and unexpected events provide new events that seem to come out of the blue. The Winds of Change are already slated for this month, the days of May 6th, 15th, and 24th. The New Moon of May 13th begins this process, and hits a crescendo as many unexpected events and information fly into the day that capture issues of change from Mercury turning direct. The New Moon on May 13th expands these energies on May 15th. A whole new series in which we have to make important choices begins and we will make new choices as to the directions we are pursuing. Even though it is not as we expected, we will bite the bullet and do what we need to do to get our life moving into the right directions.
THE DAYS OF CHALLENGES come in as high requirements to solve the pile-up of problems that seem to come into these days. The mission impossible for solving and making things work will push us into decisions that feel as though there is not one right answer and instead we have to choose between all of the wrong answers. This is tough and yet it will be on the day's after that will give us a different perspective. The days that require our inner strength and fortitude are May 8th, 17th, and 26th. These come to push us to attend to our mission impossible tasks and to pursue our directions despite the challenges.
THE DAYS OF SUCCESS come after we have shown the strength of our pursuits through endurance, perseverance and continuing to overpower the headwinds of challenge. The winds from yesterday shift and reveal a different set of circumstances, revised communications, different options around the challenge and a great opening toward success is visible. These days are May 9th, 18th, and 27th. We are inwardly and outwardly rewarded for our strength and perseverance, as appropriate doors open to show us a new path that is away from the headwinds and aligned with a more appropriate direction for us.
