and get acknowledgement in return BEFORE you translate it, so it won't be translated twice.

The best way to send the translations is in a Microsoft Word document. If possible, open the URL of the page to be translated directly into Word,
so the translated file will look exactly like the English page does in a browser.

Translations may also be sent in email. Please DOUBLE SPACE between each paragraph, so it's clear where each paragraph begins and ends.
