SOLARA'S SURF REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER 2006
Under the Scaffolding

August was a somewhat challenging month with some unusual patterns in the Surf. The energy was extremely choppy, without any sense of natural flow. It was not the usual type of Choppy Surf that we are familiar with, but more of a Pancake Surf. Everything would constantly flip over to reveal a totally different outcome than what appeared to be solidly there a few minutes ago. This made it almost impossible to perceive what was really happening from what was merely "appearing to happen". This is because there is much that is REALLY happening which we don't yet perceive.

Breakthroughs would suddenly appear out of nowhere and just as suddenly seem to disappear. We would gratefully embrace them with open arms because they felt very real; then they would evaporate back into the ethers. Or we would take three steps forward followed by two steps back. Definite progress yes, but very slow. It often felt as if we were dealing with a series of mirages. The lights flashed from green to red to green to red, over and over again. We'd rev up our motors and take off, only to come to a complete halt when we discovered that the road we were traveling on had suddenly disappeared. Everything was chopped into little segments. After awhile, it felt like many of our efforts had been totally wasted and achieved nothing.

And yet, of course, they had....

All of the mirages we experienced and all of the flipping over of energies and situations was part of our essential journey to the state of RIGHT TIME - RIGHT PLACE. Everything has to find its rightful position. And if it doesn't have a rightful position in our new life, then it must be released. It was similar to trying on lots of clothes trying to find the perfect garment to wear. Nothing seemed to fit right or feel right and our pile of discarded clothes grew ever larger. Although we didn't find many clothes that had that perfect fit, we did at least find some that were comfortable for now. There were even a few things such as a scarf or a pair of shoes that just glowed with rightness. And for that, we were grateful.... In September, we will begin to amass a new wardrobe, piece by piece, of elements coming into our lives that fit us perfectly.

The erratic Surf of August greatly affected our emotions. Often we felt as if we had no emotions at all, that our love had totally dried up. Then we would unexpectedly be overcome by a wave of emotion coming from nowhere and burst into tears. None of this felt true or real. But if we remember that we are in the process of entering the next level which is the Lotus World.... the place of True, Pure LOVE and the place of Real Love Partnerships.... then we are able to see that our emotions are currently under construction. The scaffolding is up, temporarily veiling our hearts and making our true emotions not readily accessible. We are moving from the ONE HEART to the LOTUS HEART. Not only that, but we are actually creating the pathway to the Lotus Heart for all while we are doing this.

Our mental bodies have also been experiencing an extensive rewiring. While our old concepts are being set aside and our priorities are dramatically shifting, new understandings are coming in. This is why many of us feel a blankness in our minds and find it difficult to focus. It feels similar to being caught in a rushing torrent of a river; all we can think about is the pure, raw, pulsating energy of the river itself. All the details of the scenery rushing by becomes a meaningless blur. There is nothing we can focus on other than the river's current, for nothing else feels real.

Our eyesight is also affected, becoming blurry when we try to focus on the physical, yet working fine as we see ever deeper into the Unseen. This is especially apparent when we try to align our mind with our sight when we are reading. The focus is simply not there. Sometimes when we read something, the information we are receiving has absolutely no connection with the reading material in our hands. As soon as we realize this, the incoming flow of information ceases, and we are left holding a book or magazine that doesn't contain what we've just been reading. This is because what we were reading came from the flow of the river, not from the paper in our hands.

Our new perceptions are far vaster than our old ones since they are based on the Greater Reality. While we are passing through this transitional zone, our minds feel empty and it is hard to retain any thoughts. It's like our brain has become a sieve with our thoughts and memories falling through the holes into the Great Emptiness. This makes it ultra challenging to apply concentrated focus to any specific aspect of our lives. The best we can do is to write down notes to help us remember what we need to do. Then, we need to remember to look at our notes....

Our physical bodies are undergoing a transformation as well. Many of us have been sick, have experienced injuries or have had low energy for no apparent reason. This is happening to slow us down while the construction of the new is taking place within us. Again, the scaffolding is going up while the renovation is taking place.

This is an extremely thorough renovation, not just a superficial one. We're not just giving the walls a new coat of paint and moving around the furniture; this is much deeper than that. The edifices of our beings and of our outer lives are being gutted to the core, stripped down to the very foundation. Even the foundation is being reassembled and realigned, as it must be. For we cannot build a castle on a crumbling foundation. We cannot build a new life in the Greater Reality upon a duality-based foundation.

All this slowed down energy can be super frustrating at times, especially when a new flashing green light instantly turns red. We so want to move forward unhindered. We so want dramatic change to come into our lives so we can finally live in total alignment with who we really are. But we need to realize that the delays are an important part of our forward movement. The changes we are undergoing are so profoundly deep that we can't surge ahead mindlessly. To move into our new situations, we need to do them thoroughly. We need to endure the awkwardness of having unsightly scaffolding appearing to hold us back. It's like having braces on our teeth. They may look ugly and feel uncomfortable, but in the end, we get straight teeth. Or a cast on our leg that is heavy and clunky, making it difficult to walk, but which is realigning our bones into their rightful setting.

In September, we aren't going to be totally liberated from our scaffolding, but some significant portions of it will be removed... and this will feel wonderful. We will be extremely grateful for each small piece that is taken off. For so long, many of us have felt that we have lost our passion, that our creativity has dried up. Our creativity and our passion for life are going to return as each piece of scaffolding is removed; only this time everything is going to be on a very real level.

Since we are moving to a new template anchored in Oneness, we are simultaneously inhabiting several different worlds. The physical reality is still our predominant focus, and rightly so, because we need to bring the Greater Reality into every aspect of the physical. We need to bring who we really are into physical manifestation, closing the gap of hollow potential. This is why we are here in physical form. Even so, the physical is not always the strongest world affecting us. Frequently, we will experience lost days or days out of time, when we find it almost impossible to focus on our everyday concerns. Sometimes this will be triggered by our health or we might feel that we have little energy to get through the day or our minds may be so expanded that concentration on anything practical is nearly impossible. This is happening so we can turn our attention to vaster levels of pure abstract energy without the distraction of our daily routine.

It's also important for us to be mindful of how much we are being constantly affected by what is going on in the world. Since we are all part of One Being, anything that is going on anywhere will affect us. Often we feel bombarded by energies that we know don't belong to us on a personal level. Currently, this world has enormous imbalances and all of these need to be rebalanced and healed in some form. We are all working on this, whether consciously or unconsciously. It influences and affects all of us. This is why we have those "unproductive" days. It's because we are working so intensely on other levels.

There will be days when we are fully here in the physical and can get a lot done and days when we are barely here. This pattern will continue until we can more fully merge ourselves into the vastness and be in both places at once. The more we embody Oneness and stop feeding duality, the more the resonance of duality will be decreased. Once this happens, we will be living more deeply immersed in the Greater Reality.

Whenever we feel ungrounded or overwhelmed, simple physical activities such as household chores or taking walks will help bring us back into balance. At times, we may become disheartened at the slowness of our progress; this is when we need to Look Larger and remind ourselves of the vast scope of what is really going on. If we turn our focus onto being true and real in everything we do, it will help to move us forward.

This is the final stage of mastering Seeing the Unseen which was the keynote of 7th Gate. When we merge What Is Really Happening into our daily life. When we stop being motivated by the illusion of what is not real. When our priorities finally zoom in on what is truly important and let go of trivial concerns. When we stop replacing our fear and doubts with false ego and arrogance and instead focus on courage and love. When we focus on serving our One Being instead of being self absorbed with only the details of our own personal life. When we allow ourselves to love with our full beings, simply because it's our natural state. Then and only then, shall we be ready to enter the Lotus World.

Doing this is all part of Ho'o Ponopono or Making Things Right. There is still much for us to Make Right. Everywhere we look is something that needs to be rebalanced and made whole. Throughout September, we will continue to do this, with more obvious progress occurring this month. Ho'o Ponopono isn't a tedious process; it's actually quite fulfilling. The more things we Make Right, the more fulfilled we will feel and the happier we will become. It will cure the deep discontent that we have been feeling for a long time. Balance gives us a sense of well being. It will also propel us into our new lives.

All year long, we've been studiously reviewing our lives. Looking at what is outmoded, those elements that we don't want in our lives anymore, that no longer resonate with us. At the same time, we have been searching for what we really want. We've felt a sense of tremendous urgency to change our lives, move to the right place, find new careers, be with our true partner. Bit by bit, we've been putting together the pieces of the puzzle of our new life.

From now until the end of the year, we will be amazed to see that it is actually happening! Each month, we are going to move ahead in measured increments rather than a steady surge, although there will be moments that almost blow us away with their intensity. Our progress will be obvious, and sometimes surprising. Some of the breakthroughs that started in August and petered out, will reemerge and finally be grounded into the physical. There will be many resolutions taking place such as the completion of longstanding projects and the final resolution of many old situations.

Our clarity is going to be greatly enhanced. We will see far beyond the veils of what we previously perceived as real. This will enable us to move forward decisively when the time comes for action. Many things that have long been blurry will now come into focus.

In September the Winds of Change are going to kick in to full force. Because of this, the month contains the possibility of some shocking world events, either man made or natural. There is only the potential for this, but if they happen, they will serve us as a further wake-up call to shake off our self absorption and shift our priorities to serving our One Being. For only Oneness has the power and the resonance to dissolve duality.

Once again, the Winds of Change will scour away from us many of the elements which are no longer in alignment with who we have become. The scaffolding is going to fly off of us. Some important decisions will be made for us, rather than by us, as the Winds of Change fling us into new situations. Lots of things are going to be moved around. Stuck energy will become unstuck. For some, the changes will be so dramatic that it will almost be like going from Kansas to Oz. We will feel that a whirlwind has picked us up and moved us into a surprising new direction. Many of these new directions won't be the obvious well chosen ones; they will be ones we had never considered, well out of the range of our probable realities. We will move from the known into the Unknown.
